Where’s my order?
Once your order ships (typically within 1–3 business days), you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Click the link in the email to track your package at any time.
When will my order arrive?
Orders typically arrive within 4–8 business days after processing, depending on your location and courier service. For full details, please see our Shipping Policy.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

How do I make a return?
Returning an item is easy:
- Email support@harrisonpax.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return.
- Follow the return instructions our team will send you.

What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In the same condition as received

How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a size guide with detailed measurements to help you choose the perfect fit.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We accept cancellations within 2 hours of placing the order. After this period, your order may already be processing.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Email us immediately at support@harrisonpax.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll update the address for you.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
Order confirmations are sent instantly. If you don’t see one, please check your spam or junk folder. Still missing? Email support@harrisonpax.com and we’ll resend it.
What if my order arrives damaged?

- Photos of the issue
- Your order number
